The Lodge

A proper 19th-century country house — fireplaces, a piano, a kitchen built for cooking in. Seven bedrooms sleeping up to 20, super kings or twins. Two en suites, two shared bathrooms. Step outside and the grounds take over.
Included: All seven bedrooms, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, multiple living spaces, outdoor chairs and festoon lighting.
Extras: Bell tents, camping, catering, drinks packages.
Long Barn
Seats 120 · Standing 150 · Licensed for ceremonies
A large open-sided barn looking out across the lodge and woodlands. Hay bales, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar and the swifts overhead. Sink in and let the afternoon go — or use it for ceremonies, dining, dancing and drinks.
Included: Hay bales, ping pong table, outdoor bar, parasols, bar team for large numbers.

The Open Barn
Seats 120 · Standing 150 · Licensed for ceremonies
A large open-sided barn with views across the lodge and woodlands beyond. Sink into the hay bales, watch the swifts fly overhead and let the afternoon take care of itself — or use the space for ceremonies, dining, dancing and drinks.
Included: Hay bales, ping pong table, outdoor bar, parasols. Bar team for large numbers are included.

The Safari Tent
12 x 12m · Seats 120 · Standing 150
Nestled between the old barn walls. Dark green canvas, a 16ft solid oak bar, heating and its own toilets. Warm, atmospheric and built for late nights. Whatever happens outside, it’s always perfect in here.
Included: Wilde Bar Team, tables and chairs, lighting and outdoor furniture.
Extras: Drinks packages — the oak bar is beautiful, but it does need stocking.

Extras: Two sail tents (6x9m each, seating 60 per tent) — ideal for a shaded drinks reception, outdoor dining or extra shelter.

Fifteen acres of open countryside — Welsh hills, riverside access, fire pit, wide open space. Room to walk, swim, camp, gather or just disappear for a bit.
Included: Full access to all 15 acres, riverside access, fire pit and wood.
Extras: Outdoor ceremony licence, bell tents, camping pitches, portable toilet and shower unit for campers.
Camping & Glamping

Bell tents and camping pitches available across the grounds. Guests get a direct link to book and pay for their own pitch — no chasing, no collecting money.
Included: Getting-ready tent with electricity, parking, access to all grounds.
Extras: Bell tents, camping pitches, portable toilet and shower unit — required for all overnight guests and arranged separately.
The River
The riverside is yours. Drinks, swimming, otter spotting or just somewhere quiet to be.

Wilde Lodge Seasons
Summer · 1 April – 30 September The whole site opens up and everything is included in the price. The lodge sleeps 16–20, bell tents and camping pitches can accommodate as many additional overnight guests as you need, and the safari tent, bar team and all outdoor spaces are yours as standard. Bring everyone.
Winter · 1 October – 31 March The lodge, both barns, the fire pit and all 15 acres are still yours for up to 20 guests in the house. No bell tents or camping — cosier, quieter, and honestly still brilliant.
Wilde Summers - 1 April – 30 September Sleeps 16–20 indoors · Bell tents and camping available in the grounds
In summer the whole site opens up. The lodge sleeps 16–20 in the house, and the grounds can accommodate as many additional overnight guests as you need through bell tents and camping pitches. The safari tent, open barn, long barn and all outdoor spaces are included as standard. Add catering, drinks and glamping to build the stay exactly as you want it.
Included: Full site and all event spaces, 15 acres, tables and chairs, bar team, fire pit.
Extras: Bell tents, camping pitches, catering, drinks packages, sail tents, outdoor ceremony licence.
Wilde Winters - 1 October – 31 March Sleeps 16–20 indoors · Exclusive use of the lodge and grounds
In winter, Wilde Lodge becomes a cosy, exclusive retreat for up to 20 guests in the house. Bell tents and camping aren't available, but the long barn, open barn and all 15 acres of grounds are still yours — along with the fire pit, the riverside and everything else that makes this place feel like somewhere worth travelling to. The safari tent is available as an optional extra for larger gatherings needing a warm, covered space.

FAQS
Wilde Lodge
Can we invite extra people to camp on site in tents or their Campervan?
Yes you can! There is a small additional fee for camping guests. When numbers overnight go over 30 onsite we insist you hire in a portable toilet and shower unit as we are on septic tanks here. We have several suppliers you can choose from.
Can you arrange a caterer whilst I am staying at the lodge?
Yes we can. We have a long list of suppliers and private chefs we have been working with for the past 10 years. All of our suppliers can be found here. Alternatively when you book we can help you with selecting the right supplier for your event.
I want to hire the house for a party is the bar included?
Yes! Absolutely. Our bar team can supply all of the drinks, including homemade cocktails from scratch, glasses and staff to clear up throughout your event.
Is there anything in-house that we can book?
We have seen every kind of stag & hen party – Call us and share your idea’s, we are happy to help.
What do we need to bring?
The bedrooms are made up with linen & bath towels, we ask that you bring your own towel if you plan on wild swimming. The kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets are provided. We ask that you bring your own shower & bath products.
