What is your cancellation policy?

Deposit payments are non refundable. However where possible and if we can book your event date the full balance will be reimbursed, minus a £500 administration and re advertising fee.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

10% deposit to secure your dates, 50% 6 months before your wedding and the final balance 12 weeks before.

What's included in a holiday stay and what costs extra?

The hire price includes the lodge, all seven bedrooms, linen, towels, the fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture and festoon lighting. The extras — bell tents, camping pitches, catering and drinks — are all optional add-ons, so you’re only paying for what you actually want.
