Wilde Lodge Seasons

Summer · 1 April – 30 September The whole site opens up and everything is included in the price. The lodge sleeps 16–20, bell tents and camping pitches can accommodate as many additional overnight guests as you need, and the safari tent, bar team and all outdoor spaces are yours as standard. Bring everyone.

Winter · 1 October – 31 March The lodge, both barns, the fire pit and all 15 acres are still yours for up to 20 guests in the house. No bell tents or camping — cosier, quieter, and honestly still brilliant.

Wilde Lodge

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposit payments are non refundable. However where possible and if we can book your event date the full balance will be reimbursed, minus a £500 administration and re advertising fee.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

10% deposit to secure your dates, 50% 6 months before your wedding and the final balance 12 weeks before.

What's included in a holiday stay and what costs extra?

The hire price includes the lodge, all seven bedrooms, linen, towels, the fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture and festoon lighting. The extras — bell tents, camping pitches, catering and drinks — are all optional add-ons, so you’re only paying for what you actually want.

What are the check-in and check-out times for a holiday stay?

Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 10am.

Can we invite extra people to camp on site in tents or their Campervan?

Yes you can! There is a small additional fee for camping guests. When numbers overnight go over 30 onsite we insist you hire in a portable toilet and shower unit as we are on septic tanks here. We have several suppliers you can choose from.

Can you arrange a caterer whilst I am staying at the lodge?

Yes we can. We have a long list of suppliers and private chefs we have been working with for the past 10 years. All of our suppliers can be found here. Alternatively when you book we can help you with selecting the right supplier for your event.

I want to hire the house for a party is the bar included?

Yes! Absolutely. Our bar team can supply all of the drinks, including homemade cocktails from scratch, glasses and staff to clear up throughout your event.

Is there anything in-house that we can book?

We have seen every kind of stag & hen party – Call us and share your idea’s, we are happy to help.

What do we need to bring?

The bedrooms are made up with linen & bath towels, we ask that you bring your own towel if you plan on wild swimming. The kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets are provided. We ask that you bring your own shower & bath products.
