We open the doors to both venues throughout the year so you can see the spaces in action, meet the people behind them and get a proper feel for what we do. Whether you're in the early stages of planning an event with us or just looking for a good night out — come and be part of it. Events are held at Wilde Lodge in Knighton and Glasbury River Cottage near Hay-on-Wye.

Bar manager Alex Morrell guides you through four iconic cocktails — their history, their creation and how to make them properly. An 80s/90s themed evening with school uniform encouraged, retro playlist guaranteed, and group discounts available for tables of friends.

Roe & Doe. A Welsh twist on surf and turf — over charcoal, under the stars.

Locally sourced venison cooked over charcoal, Welsh oysters, laverbread and lumpfish caviar — paired with four cocktails and four spirit tastings from In The Welsh Wind Distillery. Campfires, toasted marshmallows and good company included.
