All of our suppliers have been tried and tested, they know the lodge and they are rated by past reviews so you can see how fabulous they are. Catering
We have an incredible list of vetted and talented catering suppliers for you to choose from depending on your budget and tastes and we can help advise who we think you would like based on talks with you. All of our caterers on our suppliers list have agreed what level of service they will provide as part of the quote. Their insurance & food hygiene rating has been checked and we have tried their food, which means they have been on site and know the set up and our surroundings.
Drinks
We provide all of the drinks on your wedding day and can bespoke the drinks packages to you. This means you also get our Wilde Bar Team who are onsite to make sure the site is tidy throughout your wedding day as well as manage all of the drinks wherever you choose to have them. You have the option to BYO on the days either side of your celebration, but we do encourage you to take the bar if your numbers are large as this gives you staff on site.
Licensed bar
Wilde Lodge gives you plenty of flexibility when it comes to where and how you serve your drinks. With three bars to choose from—the 16ft solid oak bar in the Safari Tent, a fully stocked bar in the Open Barn, and a smaller bar at the front of the main lodge—you can match your bar setup to the flow of your day and your guest experience. Each bar is fully serviced and staffed by an experienced, friendly team who can set up and serve wherever and whenever suits you, supported by an extensive drinks list that you can tailor to your timings, tastes, and budget.
